Responsibilities
The School Alumni Steering Committee is responsible for monitoring and supporting the initiation, planning, and implementation of:
- A constitution for ratification by the initial Annual General Meeting of the Alumni Executive Committee
- A communications strategy with optimum reach into FHS Alumni and current students (alumni in waiting) aimed at maximising the appeal of alumni membership, benefits and activities
- A calendar of alumni activities and programs designed to recruit alumni, promote the goals of the alumni and provide benefits to alumni
- Ensure that the all School based Alumni groups are meeting the required legislation and university procedures and policies
- Provide support and motivation to students and alumni.
