Background
Melanie Sharman is an Adjunct Lecturer within the School of Human Movement Studies. Melanie has an undergraduate degree in health and physical activity through the University of Western Australia and holds a graduate qualification through the University of Ballarat in exercise rehabilitation. She has taught at the Universities of Tasmania and Ballarat primarily in exercise rehabilitation for the musculoskeletal system and has extensive experience working within the private practice environment as an Exercise Physiologist.
Melanie's primary roles include:
- teaching exercise rehabilitation for the musculoskeletal system at undergraduate and post graduate level,
- assisting in the coordination of the exercise science practicum, and
- coordinating the Multiprofessional Education program for exercise science students.
