Bachelor of Human Movement Studies (Education)

Previously named the Bachelor of Applied Science (HMS - Education)

Overview

The Education specialisation focuses on the development of knowledge and skills in program planning, instruction and evaluation primarily in school health education and physical education and science. However, the broad knowledge, skills and abilities developed in the program can be applied in a number of non-school settings.

This degree is accredited by the Queensland Board of Teacher Registration, allowing graduates to work as teachers in primary and high schools in Queensland, Australia and overseas.
