Bachelor of Human Movement Studies
(Exercise Science)

Previously named the Bachelor of Applied Science (HMS - Exercise Science)

 

Overview

The Exercise Science specialisation of this degree focuses on the development of specialised knowledge, skills and practical experience in the prescription and management of exercise. This degree prepares students for employment in a variety of health & fitness fields, as well as clinical settings.

During the final year students can undertake set courses which will enable them to become Accredited Exercise Physiologist with accreditation through AAESS (Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science), or elective options to broaden their study experience.
